Quotes from students:
"Dana is a wonderfully patient, gifted instructor who makes difficult sequences easy to follow. I am 79 with poor balance, but with her encouragement and gentle disposition, the movements became more manageable for me. Her personality seems to embody the spirit of these gentle, smooth movement exercises."
Basil Remis, age 79
"Dana is a kind, caring and patient teacher who knows her subject well. She is able to vary the pace of the class and to work with people of varying abilities within the class.
I didn’t begin t’ai chi until I was in my sixties and found out that “it’s never too late to begin.”
